In Minneapolis on Thanksgiving, November 22, 1956, Dale wrote, “I took our car to the Shell station to have the rear brakes re-lined. Stan, Don, and Bill Mullen came at 1:30 p.m. for the week-end. We had turkey for dinner.” Don and Bill were brothers from Muscatine.
