In Muscatine on Saturday, March 31, 1951, Dale wrote, “Worked 8 to 4:30. Fixed kitchen chair after supper. Letter from Lela. Watched wrestling on TV at night. To bed after 11 P.M.” Lela was one of Helen’s sisters.
